Xayire – Return & Refund Policy (U.S.)

At Xayire, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may request a return or exchange following the conditions below.


Return Window

You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return.


Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition you received them.

  • Have all original tags, packaging, and accessories attached.

  • Show no signs of wear, damage, or alteration.


Non-returnable items:

  • Intimate apparel, swimwear, or jewelry (for hygiene reasons).

  • Gift cards.

  • Custom-made or personalized items.

  • Final sale or clearance items.


Return Process

  1. Email us at [customer service email] within the return window, including:

    • Order number.

    • Items you wish to return.

    • Reason for return.

  2. We will provide you with return instructions and the return shipping address.

  3. Pack the items securely and ship them back to us.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or an incorrect product was sent.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • If you received free shipping and your return reduces the order total below the free shipping threshold, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.
We will cover all return shipping costs and send a replacement or issue a full refund.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if you request an exchange for the same item in a different size or color (subject to availability).
