Order and Shipping Policy

Prompt Shipping for Your Convenience:

● Processing Time: Ready-to-ship items will be dispatched within 2-4 business days after order placement. Once shipped, they will arrive at your destination within 4-7 business days.

● Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable.

● Tracking Information: Once your order is dispatched from our atelier, you will receive an email with the tracking number.

● Responsibility: Xayire is not responsible for packages once they have been scanned and delivered.

● Taxes and Duties: All taxes, duties, or additional charges in the destination country must be paid by the customer.

● Force Majeure: We are not liable for any delays caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to strikes, shortages, riots, insurrection, fires, floods, storms, 7 explosions, acts of God, war, governmental actions, acts of terrorism, earthquakes, power outages, pandemics, or epidemics.

Returns and Exchanges

Hassle-Free Returns:

● Return Conditions: We only accept returns and exchanges on domestic orders within the United States. International orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

● Reporting Issues: If you receive a product with any imperfections, please inform Xayire by sending an email to [xayiref.contacto@gmail.com] within 2 calendar days of receiving the product. Failure to report within this timeframe will be considered as acceptance of the product's condition.

● Return Process: Returns must go through our Returns Manager system. Please contact us at [xayiref.contacto@gmil.com] for assistance.

● Item Condition: All returned items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all Xayire and designer garment tags attached. Items not meeting these conditions will be sent back to you.

● Processing Time: Allow up to 5 business days for your refund or exchange to be processed. You will receive a confirmation email once the process is complete.

● Final Sale Items: All orders placed during online sales and promotional periods are final. No refunds or exchanges are allowed. If merchandise is returned despite this policy, items will be sent back to you.

● Condition of Returned Items: Items that have been used, altered, washed, bleached, damaged, or have any odor will not be accepted. No exceptions will be made. Such items will be returned to the customer, who will bear the shipping costs. No returns or exchanges are accepted for items purchased at a discount, on sale, or during a SAMPLE SALE.

● Shipping Costs for Exchanges: The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of exchanges or must bring the item to the atelier within two days.
